Terms of Service
Last updated 5 November 2026
1. Who these terms are with
NDIS Management App is a software product owned and operated by Trade Management App Pty Ltd. These terms apply to the company workspace you register on this website and to everyone your workspace invites. By registering a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for that company.
2. Your account and workspace
You need your own account with a verified email address. Registering creates one new, separate company workspace with you as its owner. You are responsible for the people you invite, for the accuracy of the details you enter, and for keeping your password secure. Each account belongs to one company; invited team members join that company rather than creating another.
3. Trial and pricing
A new company workspace starts on a 14-day trial and is active immediately after your email is verified. No card is taken and there is no approval step. We don't publish a price list on this website: continuing beyond the trial is arranged directly with our team, and no charge is made until you have agreed to it in writing.
4. Your data
The records your workspace holds — participants, staff, rosters, shift times, progress notes, documents, payroll and payslips — belong to your company. We store and process them so you can run your service. Records are kept separate per company, documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived links, and sensitive actions are written to an audit trail. You can export your records.
You must only enter information you are entitled to hold, including the consent required for participant information, and you must keep access permissions up to date when staff change roles or leave.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to break the law, to access records you aren't authorised to see, to attempt to reach another company's workspace, or to interfere with the service for others. We may suspend an account that puts participants, other customers or the platform at risk.
6. AI features
AI-assisted features such as note drafting and summaries work inside your workspace while you use them. Their output is a draft only: a person at your company reviews and saves anything that becomes a record. Your records are not used to train a model for other companies.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and improve it over time, which can mean updates to screens and features. We may need to interrupt access briefly for maintenance. These terms may be updated; the version in force when you registered is recorded with your company details, and material changes will be notified to the workspace owner.
8. Ending your subscription
You can stop using the service at any time by telling us. On cancellation, access ends at the end of the agreed period and we will work with you on exporting your records before they are removed.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. The platform is software that supports your operations; it is not the NDIS, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or a provider of supports, and it does not give compliance, clinical or legal advice.
