1. Who is responsible

NDIS Management App is owned and operated by Trade Management App Pty Ltd. For the records your company enters, your company decides what is collected and why; we store and process it on your behalf.

2. What we collect when you register

Your full name, email address, phone number, company name, optional ABN, the service type you select, your country and state or region, and the time you accepted these terms. We record which email address owns the company workspace.

3. What your workspace holds

Once you start using the platform, your workspace holds the information your company enters: participant details and plans, staff records, rosters and shift times, progress notes, documents you upload, payroll records and payslips. This can include sensitive and health-related information about participants, which your company is responsible for collecting with the right consent.

4. How records are protected

Each company has a separate workspace, and access is checked on the server rather than in the browser. Staff see what their role allows; documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived links instead of public URLs; sensitive actions such as permission and record changes are written to an audit trail.

5. Who can see your records

People in your company who have been given access, according to their role. Our platform administrators can see company listings and, where needed to run support, security or billing, records inside a workspace. They do not browse participant records for any other purpose. We do not sell data, and we don't share participant information with advertisers.

6. AI features

AI-assisted features work inside your workspace while you use them, and their output is a draft a person reviews before it becomes a record. Your participant records are not used to build or train models for other companies.

7. Emails we send

We email a verification code when you register, and our team gets an internal notification with the new company's details so we can support you. Service messages about your account, trial or security go to the workspace owner.

8. Storage, retention and access

Records are stored in the platform's cloud infrastructure while your workspace is active. You can export your records, and if you close your workspace we work with you on an export before removal. Cookies are used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences; we don't run advertising networks on this site.
