Meet Daniel AI, the assistant inside your provider workspace
Daniel is not a chatbot bolted onto a website. It works inside your own records, so the help it gives is about your participants, your roster and your team, and a person signs off on the result.
- Drafts notes from what the worker observed
- Answers how-do-I questions about the workspace
- Saves nothing without a worker pressing save
What Daniel does
Drafts progress notes
A worker types the rough events of a shift and asks Daniel to write it up in plain English, then edits the wording before saving.
Answers questions about your workspace
Where a document sits, who is rostered on Thursday, what leave has been approved this month, how to run a report.
Summarises a period
Pulls a participant's recent notes or a team's attendance into a readable summary for a coordinator preparing a review.

Support worker
Jordan, community access. Bus training goal. We practised two routes, he tapped on with his own card both times. Got anxious at the interchange but settled.Daniel AI
Draft: Jordan worked on his public transport goal during a community access shift. He practised two bus routes and tapped on independently with his own card on both. He became anxious at the interchange and settled with support. Saved only when you press save. The draft waits in the note editor. The worker corrects it and saves; only the saved version enters the participant's record.
Where Daniel stops
Record keeping about a person's support has consequences. So the assistant is deliberately narrow about what it is allowed to do.
- It does not save, file or send anything on its own
- It does not make rostering, payroll or approval decisions
- It does not contact participants, families or external agencies
- It does not see another provider's workspace
Daniel is not a clinician and does not give clinical, legal or compliance advice. Anything it produces is a starting point for your staff to review.
Questions providers ask us
Is Daniel AI trained on my participant records?
No. It works within your workspace while you use it, and separate providers are kept apart. Your records are not used to build a model shared with other companies.
Can support workers rely on it instead of training?
No. Daniel helps with drafting and finding things in the workspace. Decisions about a person's support stay with your staff and your policies.
Does it cost extra to use?
Daniel is part of the platform rather than a separate subscription. Heavy usage is governed by the plan your workspace is on, and we will show you what that means before you commit.
What if a draft is wrong?
Then it is corrected before it is saved, which is exactly why nothing files automatically. The saved note is the worker's statement, not the assistant's.
