A staff portal support workers actually open
Most support workers are on their feet, not at a desk. Their portal is a web page that works on a phone: today's shift, what they are owed, and the paperwork they keep being asked for.
- Runs in the phone browser, nothing to install
- Each worker sees their own record and pay only
- Managers approve leave, expenses and corrections from the same system
What a worker sees when they sign in
The portal is deliberately small. It answers the four questions a support worker asks during a week: where am I working, what did I work, what am I owed, and what still needs my signature.
- Today's shift, with clock on and clock off on the same card
- Timesheet corrections, submitted with a reason for approval
- Leave requests and their balances
- Expense claims with a photographed receipt
- Payslips for their own record only, opened from their own login
- Documents, tasks, training and team chat in the same workspace
Timesheets here are attendance and hour records for your own payroll process. The platform does not pay staff and does not interpret an award on your behalf.

Payroll records
Basic pay, allowances, overtime hours and deductions are calculated into a record your team approves, then marked paid.
Documents and expiry
Screening checks and certificates sit against the staff record, with the dates you need to keep an eye on.
Questions providers ask us
Do workers need to install an app?
No. The portal is a web app that opens in the phone's browser and stays signed in. That also means no app store approvals when you add a staff member.
Can one worker see another worker's pay?
No. A payslip is retrieved for the signed-in worker only, through a server check, and other staff records are not visible to them.
How do timesheet corrections work?
A worker submits the corrected times with a reason. The request goes to a coordinator for approval, and the original entry is kept so the change is visible in the audit trail.
Do staff need training to use it?
The day-to-day screens are a handful of buttons. Most providers show a new worker the portal and the clock card once; there is nothing to configure on the phone.
